Access mini skills sessions and one-on-one and group coaching, get a free professional headshot, enjoy a few fun photo opportunities, create your own recharge kit, and visit the networking lounge.

ACP Physician Peer Coaching—Live Sessions in New Orleans!
Sign up for 30-minute individual Career Coaching sessions or 1-hour group sessions with ACP-trained coaches in the Career and Professional Development Center. Group coaching topics include: Finding Your Agency and Your Voice; Getting Unstuck: Overcoming Career Obstacles; Identifying and Connecting with Your Core Values; How to Silence Your Inner Critic; and Identifying Your Strengths.
These are ticketed events, and appointments must be booked in advance. You can add on your coaching session when you register for Internal Medicine Meeting 2025 or at a later date. To add on a coaching session to an existing Internal Medicine Meeting 2025 registration:

- Navigate to “My Meetings” and click on “View Registration” next to Internal Medicine Meeting 2025 New Orleans
- Next to “Select Events,” click “Edit” and add a coaching session to your registration

Networking Luncheon for Women Physicians—Friday, April 4 from Noon to 1 p.m.

Moderated by a panel of speakers and Well-being Champions (WBCs), participants will learn tips for improving work–life integration and how to set and maintain professional boundaries to enhance well-being.

Participate in 10- to 15-minute mini sessions designed to help you enhance your well-being, career and professional development, and academic skills.
Well-being–Themed Scientific Sessions
There are many well-being and professional fulfillment activities to choose from this year at Internal Medicine Meeting 2025. Topics include: Practical Strategies for Promoting Positive Learning Environments; How to Encourage Internal Medicine Physicians to Stay and Thrive in Clinical Practice; Moral Distress in Clinical Settings: Navigating Obstacles to Well-being in the Moment; and Storytelling Workshop: Humanism in Medicine, among others. Design an experience best suited to your well-being and professional fulfillment interests and needs.
**Final Reminder** Current and Past WBCs Are Eligible to Attend ACP's Quality Improvement Leadership Training: Best Practices to Achieve Meaningful and Sustainable Improvement Precourse
ACP's annual quality improvement (QI) leadership training program provides meaningful QI implementation support based on the principles of clinician engagement, patient and family partnership, team-based care, promotion of health equity, and promotion of clinician well-being. Participants will have the opportunity to work in small groups, with the support of a trained ACP Coach, as they design their QI project.
