ACP Applauds Decision to Uphold Md. Assault Weapons Ban
Washington (February 22, 2017) -- The »Æ¹ÏµÎµÎapp (ACP) applauds Tuesday’s decision by the 4th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals to uphold a Maryland ban on assault weapons. The Maryland law bans 45 types of assault weapons and limits gun magazines to 10 rounds. The court ruled that Second Amendment protections did not apply to “weapons of war.â€
